Abstract

In the article the priority directions of informatization of public life for creation of optimum terms, satisfaction of information needs and realization of rights for citizens, local organs of executive power and local selfgovernment, public organizations on the basis of formation and use of information resources and advanced technologies with the purpose of providing the social and economic growth are exposed and analysed.
