The greatest number of restrictions is related to the parameters and condition of curvilinear track sections. The technique for determination of cost of reorganization of curves at introduction of high-speed traffic for difficult sections of the track plan is developed. The law of work scope change depending on methods of the curve reorganization is established: expanding an existing track bed, adding a new track bed to existing one or shifting a track bed to a new route.
