The aim of the work is improvement of methodical principles of organizational and technological preparation to construction of the transport object. In order to reach this goal, solutions of the set tasks are presented on the basis of modern achievements of the system approach in construction management. The essentials of practical realization of such decisions in designing and construction have been outlined.
