Abstract

The article proposes new approach to estimation of parameters of construction projects realization, taking into account the factors of quality and scope of resources, organizational & technological flowsheets, the parameters of time. Such an approach allows examining in their integrity such important parameters as the productivity (the amount and quality of resources), time and cost, which will improve the accuracy of the estimations of duration and cost of a project realization.
