Abstract

The basic questions of computer-integrated calculation of the project parameters are examined, in particular, the project cost in its integrity with other parameters. The project cost is one of the measurable, controlled and manageable parameters. From here follows the necessity of clear formulation of principles and determination of requirements to the project cost management.
