Abstract

This article tackles the problem of necessity of the applying the marketing principles in the management activity. There were defined the main advantages and disadvantages the utilization of the middle-tonnage containers. The aspects of the existing tariff policy were revised as well. Under the conditions of the competitiveness between the different means of transport, in our opinion, the existing tariff policy need to be considerably revised and improved.
