The phenomenon found out recently gigacycle fatigue, connected with destruction of materials at loadings of a smaller limit of endurance and at more than 108 cycles regime, directly concerns traffic safety. For an estimation of a residual resource and decision-making on prolongation of service life of responsible vehicle details carrying out of test on determination mechanical properties applied steels in the field of high cycle’s regime is necessary.
