The opportunity of reduction of load on the state budget due to creation of the endowment at the Ministry of Transport and Communications is considered. In doing so, the branch ministries and departments will bear a part (all amount) of charges on financing the high school that will lead to saving a significant share of the state budget means for other purposes.
