A methodical approach for determination of cost physical wear of object of estimation, which can be examined as an unrestorable technical system, is developed in the article. This approach is based on the stochastic design of remaining time of the operation-to-failure of object of estimation and the operation-to-failure time of a new object similar to the object of estimation. The coefficient of suitability is determined as the expected casual value as a result of division of the proper casual values – the operation-to-failure times. The models for a few types of distributive laws are developed.
